Ingredients:

  • 3 c. peaches (frozen) 
  • 1 c. peach nectar 
  • 1 bottle prosecco 
  • Fresh peaches, sliced 
  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Add frozen peaches and peach nectar to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Scoop the peach mixture into champagne glasses, filling halfway. 
  3. Top with prosecco and garnish with mint leaves and peach slices. 
  4. Serve immediately.
