- 3 c. peaches (frozen)
- 1 c. peach nectar
- 1 bottle prosecco
- Fresh peaches, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- Add frozen peaches and peach nectar to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop the peach mixture into champagne glasses, filling halfway.
- Top with prosecco and garnish with mint leaves and peach slices.
- Serve immediately.
