8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 

1 Roma tomato, sliced 

½avocado, sliced 

1 c. baby arugula, loosely packed 

3 extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling 

1 everything bagel, toasted 


1. Toast bagel according to preference. 

2. Spread cream cheese on both sides of bagel. 

3. Top bagel with tomato, avocado and arugula. 

4. Drizzle olive oil on arugula.
